Getting around

The Metro and Metrocable are clean, cheap and a tourist sight in themselves. Use Uber (technically grey-area but works) or Cabify for everything else. Walking is fine in Poblado and Laureles.

Safety

Massively improved, but stay aware. Use Uber at night, never accept drinks from strangers (scopolamine is real), keep your phone off the table at outdoor cafés. The famous local phrase is 'no dar papaya', don't give an opportunity.
